Founder Story

OptionIncome was co-founded by Yixiao Wang and Jiong Shen, a backend engineer and a frontend engineer who previously worked together at Coinbase. After years of collaboration, we built a strong product-building chemistry and a shared passion for creating thoughtful tools for retail investors.

As active options traders ourselves, we’ve felt firsthand how difficult it is to track positions, understand true performance, and discover the right trading opportunities across multiple brokers. OptionIncome was born from those frustrations—a platform designed to be simpler, clearer, and smarter for everyday traders. Our combined experience in fintech and product engineering guides our mission to deliver intuitive, high-quality tools for the options community.
