Which brokers do you support?
OptionIncome supports 5 major brokers: Robinhood, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E*Trade, Tastytrade and Webull. All integrations use secure OAuth authentication with read-only access. Check out the Brokers page for more details. If your broker isn't listed, contact us - we're actively expanding our integrations.
What option strategies do you support?
OptionIncome automatically tracks major option strategies including: Cash Secured Puts, Covered Calls, Call Credit Spreads, Put Credit Spreads, Call Debit Spreads, Put Debit Spreads, Long Calls, Long Puts, Iron Condors, and Strangles. The platform identifies and categorizes positions based on leg structure, strike prices, and option types. If you don't see your strategy listed, contact us - we're actively expanding our support.
Are live positions shown in real time?
OptionIncome syncs market data (prices, Greeks, and moneyness) automatically every 5-10 seconds when viewing the dashboard. Position updates appear within 1-2 minutes after you place a trade. Check out the Sync Broker page for more details.
Will my newly completed trades appear automatically in the History panel?
Not yet. You'll need to click Sync Broker to refresh your data and pull the latest trades from your broker.
Once synced, both your Analytics and History panels will update to reflect the new trades.
For historical trades, there may be up to a 24-hour delay before they appear.
We're actively working on background auto-sync, and you'll hear from us once it's ready.
What access do you have to my broker?
Only read access.
We use the SnapTrade API - a SOC 2-compliant broker connector - to securely retrieve your historical option trades and current positions.
SnapTrade handles the broker login process, so your credentials are never shared or visible to us.
How will you use my trading data?
We only use your trading data to display your dashboard of option strategies - including your trades, positions, and performance metrics.
We never share or sell your data to third parties.

Can I permanently remove the connection to my broker?
Yes.
Go to your Dashboard → Broker Connection in the left panel, then click Disconnect Broker.
Your connection and data will be permanently removed from our system, but you can reconnect anytime in the future.
